Buff Scarf

Wool Buff

It’s getting pretty darned cold here in Seattle – cold and wet. I’ve got this wool Buff on my Christmas list, $30.

The classic Buff® headwear shape, but with a few extra inches of length for cozy protection–in the fabric outdoor enthusiasts love most. Made from soft 100% natural Merino Wool, the Wool Buff® feels great next to the skin, and it keeps you warm even when it’s wet.

Kinn Cascade Flyer

Kinn Cascade Flyer

I have to have this midtail from Kinn. I think it’d be perfect for a big trip to the grocery store, downtown shopping, trips to and from my cut/sew contractors and hauling inventory to local bike shops.

Different from most cargo bikes, the Kinn features a little twist allowing the bike to fit where regular bikes fit. You can spin the front wheel around 180o to point backwards, shortening the bike by 4″.

I’m hoping to test one in the new year. Available online and at Ride Bicycles if you are in Seattle, $1950.

Polka Dot Bike Style

Bike Pretty Polka Dots on Bike

I love polka dots, but rarely wear them – this bike style outfit has me thinking it can be done. Perhaps I’ll just get this limited edition bike from Public instead. Image via Bike Pretty.
