What is your return policy?
We have a 90 day return policy, no questions asked on all unused merchandise.

We will refund the full price of your order excluding shipping. For domestic (US) returns please email us at sales@ivajean.com. We are unable to offer return shipping on International returns due to customs.

Refunds and returns are processed on a weekly basis – you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated. Your money will be refunded to your credit card or paypal account.

Why is the Rain Cape priced at $240?
You can pick up a cheap vinyl poncho for around $10 and even a bike specific solution for $75, but we think our Rain Cape is worth $240. If you prefer products that are constructed in the USA (ours are made right here in Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood); are made of breathable, high quality fabrics; and offer a functional and fashionable solution to everyday biking then we’re for you.

How do I wash the Rain Cape?
You wash your Rain Cape in cold water on a delicate cycle. Hang to dry.

Is the Rain Cape waterproof?
The Rain Cape is water resistant and perfect for riding in light to medium rain. We are currently researching lightweight waterproof fabrics and looking forward to launching a waterproof version of our current style.

Does the hood fit with a helmet?
Yes. The Rain Cape’s hood is designed to work with most helmets and without.

Does the Rain Cape work with dropped handlebars?
The Rain Cape is designed to work with most bike set ups – working with cruisers, upright and dropped handlebars.
